Cocktail Reception is held inside/outside (doors open at 4:30). High-top table placed right outside ballroom adorned with Memory Quilt signage.
Each table decorated with 3 quilt pens (provided by Groom), 2 Memory Quilt instruction cards (Teffanie), and a quilt square at each place setting (MOB).
Guests asked to create a dedication/congratulatory square for the Bride and Groom - can be a words, picture, etc. Friend of the Bride is collecting all squares with provided container before Grand Introduction.
5:00 - Teffanie and Kirsten invite all guests into Ballroom to prepare for Grand Introduction and Dinner.
