CEO of Corporation ABC kicks off “The American Medical Systems First Annual Spring Fling Picnic.”  Recognize and applaud planning committee, make awareness announcement about the bouncy house, face painting, volleyball tournament and DJ hosted activities and conclude with 1st of 21 Raffle Prizes.

In addition to raffles and Interactive Activities, Teffanie facilitates the following: youth Hula Hoop Contest, Dance Freeze, Electric Slide, Cha-Cha Slide, Y.M.C.A., Macarena, Shamrock Shuffle and distributes fun freebies for the kids such as, glitter tattoos, beach balls, etc.

Raffle Prizes (begin @ 1 PM & conclude at 4 PM)

  • Upon arrival, guests write their names on the back of tickets and placeinto the desired containers
    • 14 Prize buckets
    • 23 individual prizes, total (some buckets facilitate multiple winners)
    • Set-up in non-food Ramada. 
  • Prizes are raffled by pulling a ticket from a container and calling the name listed on the backside– must be present to win.

    (Average 7 an hour beginning @ 1 PM, continuing every 20 minutes.)
